The Off-road Add-on is a nice/convenient assesorie. For me, it would be better with solid tires, instead of inflatable tires. Especially if the generator is going to sit somewhere stationary for a long time such as a garage. Other than that it is well worth purchasing. I have two of them for my two Hysolis generators.

The Best For Living Off-Grid
I just started using the Apollo 5K, and it’s already a game-changer for off-grid living. What really sold me is its ability to scale up with a lot of solar panels thanks to its high voltage and amps. That means I can run everything comfortably while planning for even more power down the line.
It’s rock-solid, easy to set up, and feels built to handle real off-grid conditions. Being fully solar and capable of handling more panels than I ever expected gives me freedom and peace of mind I didn’t think was possible. For anyone serious about off-grid living, the Apollo 5K is worth every bit of the investment!

Off-road indeed!
Using the Apollo 5K • Off-road Wheels Add-on I was able to take my Apollo k5 down a set of stairs, across uneven paving bricks and down a gravel road quit easily. I then swapped back to the standard wheel set to load into my car using a ramp.

You get what you pay for!
I'm the proud owner of both wheel options for my Apollo 5K. The off-road wheels are like a carpet ride over bumps and rocks. Trust me, it's worth the extra dough. Seeing it in person is witnessing greatness. It's everything you see and more. No, Home Depot's carts won't work. Just buy this one. Don't be the person who wears flip-flops to a black-tie event or drives a Ferrari with cheap rubber tires. Nuff said.
