At Hysolis, we stand behind the quality and performance of our products. This Warranty & Returns Policy explains how to obtain warranty service, initiate a return, and access the warranty documentation applicable to your product.

Limited Warranty Coverage

Hysolis LLC warrants that Hysolis-branded products purchased directly from Hysolis or through an authorized Hysolis reseller will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and installation during the applicable warranty period.

Warranty coverage begins on the original date of purchase.

Each Hysolis-branded product includes either a 5-Year Limited Warranty or a 10-Year Limited Warranty, depending on the specific product purchased.

For complete warranty terms, conditions, limitations, exclusions, transferability provisions, and claim procedures, please refer to the warranty document applicable to your product.

Hysolis may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, refurbish, provide replacement components, or issue product credit for approved warranty claims in accordance with the applicable warranty document.

Warranty Claims & RMA Process

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Hysolis Technical Support before returning any product.

Required Information

Please provide:
Proof of purchase
Product model number
Product serial number
Description of the issue
Photos, videos, or diagnostic information when requested


Return Material Authorization (RMA)

An approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is required before any product is returned to Hysolis.

Products returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.

Warranty service logistics, shipping responsibilities, and claim procedures are governed by the applicable Limited Warranty document for the covered product.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Return Policy

Products purchased directly from Hysolis may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for return:
Product must be in like-new condition
Product must include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components
Customer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) prior to return


Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return:
Products showing signs of installation or use
Custom-order products
Clearance or final-sale products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment following inspection and verification of the returned product.

Shipping charges, expedited delivery fees, and other service-related charges are non-refundable.
