Overall, I am pleased with how helpful your customer support reps have been. 1 issue is the Solar Input Breaker connectors were switched. The positive had a negative connector installed. The second issue is I cannot locate the App on the App store for the iPad or iPhone.
The documentation provided has been very helpful.
I have this unit and so far..meh. albeit it is not hooked up to solar panels yet but i charged it fully via AC, and now it's only running 1 Aerogarden Farm 24 (which is basically only 2 small banks of LED lights and 2 tiny water pumps) and a seedling heat mat and it only lasts 24hrs or so. I imagine when I'm constantly recharging during the day, it'll work more efficiently but for the plans I had for this unit, I'll need 3 just to run what I thought it'd be able to run. I'll take the blame for high expectations but so far, my rating is still...meh...also still waiting for the wagon accessory and the app release for Android.
Once I set up the panels, will update my review.

Apollo 5K • Ultra-Fast Portable Solar Power Station
I ordered the Apollo 5K, cables, solar panels, and heavy duty cart. Prompt delivery with no problems. I have tested all of the single unit functionality and works perfectly. I am in the process of setting up the solar panels and look forward to having it run a freezer, sump pump, and clothes washer all the time, and have the confidence that in a power outage, my fridge, lights, and laptop will be available.
